Sunday, August 9, 2015. We had an absolute blast at the fair this year! The new ice exhibit was amazing, beautiful, and freezing. We watched the Alaskan pig races, walked around with friends, ate yummy food, pet tons of animals, took silly photos, and laughed all day. We stayed way longer than I thought we would. Friday, October 18, 2013. A Halloween vignette for our dining room, my daughter had a lot of input on this one. We used a square burlap runner for the base, and layered an old black shawl I had on top of that. Again, we used things we already had and we shopped the house for haunting trinkets.
